To keep additional costs low and to give our customers a lower price we ship directly from our supplier. We offer free shipping to give you the most favorable price.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local courier services.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Fashionjunkie is responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. 

Damages

Fashionjunkie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
